I had a chance to visit the newly renovated JDHS recently and WOW. From the outside, the most notable feature is the new paint and the red steel atrium structure. That's just a hint of how much the inside has changed. I walked in the front doors and was kind of saddened to see that the area where my locker was during my senior year was totally gone! Mac's Cache now looks like a real fast food place, the whole commons area is much brighter, some classrooms have windows looking in on the halls, and the library actually looks cool. I located some photos for you, in case you haven't seen it. I'll see about making it over there with my own camera and posting some more:
